DJ HI-SHOCK [AU]
Inspired by the early electronic music of Detroit, Chicago, early German industrial techno and the underground sounds of Belgian New Beat, DJ Hi-Shock started collecting vinyl in 1982 and DJ'ing in 1986.

Performed alongside top DJs and Producers such as Sven Vath, Kevin Saunderson, Oliver Lieb, Roughage, Thomas P. Heckmann, Commander Tom, Lenny Dee, Dr. Motte, Mijk van Dijk, Jammin' Unit, Atom Heart, Zen Paradox and many others...

Hi-Shock began producing techno since 1994, starting with more trance influenced releases under the german Undercover Music Group, Sony Dance Pool and Central Station, then moved on to producing deep, pulsating, proper techno and psy-tekk on Elektrax Recordings and Hypnotic Room under several aliases such as Psi Room, Secret Surfer, Deep Night and DJ Hi-Shock.
